SMS / Text Messaging & Your Mobile Information
With your consent, Baumann Paper may send you SMS/text messages about your account and orders — for example, order confirmations, shipping and out-for-delivery notifications, and customer-care replies. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, when you ask your sales representative for order updates); some programs send a one-time confirmation text that you reply YES to activate.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help — or contact us at (859) 252-8891 or sales@baumannpaper.com. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you unless you opt back in.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS/text-messaging opt-in data and consent are used only to deliver the messages you requested, and are shared only with the messaging service provider(s) that help us deliver them; this opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing.
How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
Do we use "cookies"?
We use only essential, first-party cookies — for example, to keep you signed in, remember the items in your shopping cart, and protect form submissions (security). We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.
Because we use only essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required to use the site. You can still set your browser to warn you about cookies or to refuse them, but some features (such as your shopping cart and signing in) may not work if cookies are disabled. You can always place orders by phone with customer service.
Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include www.baumannpaper.com. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Your mobile information is excluded from the above. Mobile phone numbers and SMS/text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes (see the “SMS / Text Messaging & Your Mobile Information” section above).
Disclosure for Law Enforcement:
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
“Do Not Track” Signals under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
Transfer of Data

Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — to provide the Service, fulfill and service your orders, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete account information as described above; we may retain records of completed transactions as required for recordkeeping.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, opt out of marketing emails (see above), and opt out of text messages (reply STOP). To make a request, contact us using the information below; we will respond as required by applicable law.
Kentucky residents: consistent with Kentucky law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you may opt out of any sale of personal data or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data and we do not engage in targeted advertising.
