Additional Information: These are full size foil steam table pans with a shallow 1 11/16 inch depth, ideal for cooking, storing, and serving entrees, sides, appetizers, and desserts for catered events or back-of-house operations. They are made with a durable 70 gauge construction and have flexible full curl rims that can be easily bent to cover all of the pan's edges. The pans can stack for compact storage and transport. These pans are oven safe and suitable for high heat applications as well as freezer safe, suitable for low temperature applications and freezer storage. They are disposable for quick cleanup at the end of an event and are 100% recyclable. This product is certified Kosher by OK Kosher.
