Additional Information: These are one part guest checks with bottom guest receipt stub. Each form has 15 lines to record orders and the bottom of the form has fields for tax and total cost. Menu prompts are printed at the top of each check, and fields at the top can be used to record dates, table numbers, number of guests, and the server.

Each sheet has a perforated number stub featuring a number in bold red ink, ideal for accounting purposes, or can be used as a receipt. "Thank You!" is printed on the back of the receipt stub.

These books are designed to easily fit in an apron pocket and have easy-to-read navy blue print as well as green shaded fields to indicate writing space.
