Additional Information: This is a 20% non-volatile solids, high-gloss burnishable floor finish and sealer, ideal for use in high-traffic areas. It creates a clear, wet-gloss appearance that is easy to maintain with high-speed and UHS (ultra high speed) equipment. This product reduces the need for multiple products to seal and finish a floor and has properties that allow for successful application for all levels of experience, including forgiving wetting, leveling, and tolerance to high humidity conditions.

This product uses a formula built on a blend of proven, optically-enhanced acrylic polymers that produce a durable gloss finish which can extend the time between strip and recoats. It can lower labor costs by reducing the frequency of restorative maintenance procedures, such as top scrubbing/stripping and recoating.
