Designed to use in conjunction with EggsSoClean Egg Washing Compound, EggsSoClean pH Booster is a 25% caustic solution designed to insure proper pH.EggsSoClean pH Booster neutralizes the level of contaminants such as egg proteins, soils, and other egg waste in the wash water. This assures a pH level in keeping with Industry and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines of 10.0 or greater.
