The MoonBeam™3 unit uses powerful UVC light to provide fast, on-demand broad area disinfection in as little as 3 minutes. It is portable and disinfects quickly, reliably, and responsibly without fumes or chemicals. It is suitable for disinfecting a variety of high-touch surfaces in patient rooms, operating rooms, and bathrooms, and can be used on patient care equipment, fixtures, keyboards, monitors, workstations on wheels (WOWs), and more. It can effectively disinfect areas accidentally missed in cleaning and is also ideal for hard to clean surfaces and hard to wipe equipment.
The unit operates using three individually adjustable articulating arms, which can be positioned at almost any angle to target the light and optimize UVC dosing of surfaces and equipment. The three heads each generate a broad umbrella of UVC light. It can easily be positioned throughout a room or facility to enable fast, effective disinfection cycles. The base unit features smooth-rolling casters with a locking feature to allow easy movements and positioning. The heads can unfold for positioning in seconds. The remote cover controls operation and acts as a sensor during disinfection to ensure safety. The cover also protects the light heads and enables convenient transport from room to room. An optional multi-access point motion sensor is also available. This item is easy to use and has operation cycles as short as 90 seconds. It also has a low operating cost and can reduce labor and operation costs. Maintenance is minimal and is limited to bulb replacement with no tools required. |
