Additional Information: These co-extruded vacuum pouches are made from a 3 mil thick, seven layer mixture of polyethylene and nylon resins and can provide heavy-duty protection of items in storage and transport. This cost-effective film meets FDA and USDA requirements for use with food products. These strong, sturdy bags are able to stretch and can conform to unique product shapes, and have extra-wide sealing around three sides. They have high impact resistance, flexibility, and clarity, and additionally have excellent barrier properties for both oxygen and moisture vapor transmission and a low oxygen transfer rate. These bags can extend shelf life for a variety of food products and are ideal for packaging meat, fish, nuts, dried fruit, jerky, snack products, and more.
