Full Stack Elixir Developer

Summary:

We are looking for a senior Full-Stack developer to join our team. Your responsibility will two-fold: assist us in migrating our Rails modules to Phoenix/Elixir and to also integrate new technologies in Elixir and/or Rails. The ideal candidate can both develop and lead teams as we expect to hire additional team members into new development roles under this position.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience

Qualifications or experience required:

Experience in Full-Stack Web Development
Prior knowledge of Elixir/Phoenix
Agile culture and a good knowledge of automated testing practices
Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Time management skills
Ideally a self-starter
U.S. Citizenship.

Workhours:

This position is eligible for remote work; however, candidates must be able to meet onsite in Lexington, Kentucky
