Service Technician Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking an outstanding Service Specialist at our Lexington, KY location to provide technical support and customer service. This includes assembly and installation of electrical, and pneumatic circuits as well as the ability to troubleshoot these circuits. This would require travel to repair, troubleshoot, and assemble janitorial cleaning machines at various locations of our customers. You need to be a quick learner with exceptional problem solving and customer service skills.

Locations:

This position is based out of Lexington, Ky and requires travel across the state approximately 3-4 days a week. Occasionally, overnight travel is required.

Skills:

Electrical and Mechanical skills are REQUIRED.
Minimum 2 years work history in some form of maintenance troubleshooting or 2 years of college/trade school with classes in industrial or automotive maintenance.

Must be able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic schematics, and mechanical drawing. Must be knowledgeable with multimeters, blueprints, hand tools, electricity, and their respective problem solving. Also you need to be comfortable working with computers to perform diagnostics, programming laundry machines, along with the standard office software tool.
